R. John Taylor

John Taylor R. John Taylor has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CropUSA Insurance Agency, Inc. since 1999.  He has also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AIA Services Corporation since 1995.  Both companies are insurance entities with operations throughout the United States that manage insurance programs benefiting agricultural producers.  In addition, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pacific Empire Radio Corporation of Lewiston, Idaho, a twelve station Northwest radio group.

Mr. Taylor has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Avista Corporation since 1985.  Avista is an investor-owned utility based in Spokane, Washington, that generates, transmits and distributes electric and natural gas to customers in Idaho, Oregon and Washington.  (AVA:NYSE)  He is currently the Chairman of the Compensation and Organization Committee and serves on Corporate Governance and Executive Committees.  He previously was Chairman of the Audit Committee.  Mr. Taylor is a member of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of the State of Idaho Endowment Fund Investment Board (EFIB).  The EFIB manages the financial investments and state endowment funds of the State of Idaho that are generated by timber sales and other revenue of the endowment lands owned by the State.  The EFIB also manages the financial assets of the State Insurance Fund, the Judge's Retirement Fund, the Ritter Island Endowment Fund, and the Trail of the Coeur d'Alene's Endowment Fund.  The Investment Board also manages a Credit Enhancement Program for public school bonds.  Members of the EFIB are appointed by the Governor of the State of Idaho.  Mr. Taylor is a Trustee and Board Member of the Idaho Heritage Trust, a statewide organization dedicated to the preservation of historical buildings and sites.  The work is funded from investment earnings of royalty fees of 50 cents per license plate issued by the State of Idaho.

Joseph Lopp

Joseph Lopp Joseph has been a part of our team since December of 2008 and has played a significant role in our growth and success.  He adds over 11 years of quota driven sales experience to our marketing team.  Joseph attributes his success to developing solid relationships with his customers by providing excellent service, and having a thorough knowledge of the products he is offering.  Prior to joining our team Joseph was the Chief Financial Officer at Fidelity First out of Denver Colorado where he grew the Company's revenue to industry leading levels.  Under Joseph's skilled management, he opened a branch office in Lakewood Colorado which surpassed sales revenue of the home office in its first year in business.  Joseph is a member of the Teammates mentoring program out of Omaha Nebraska, a part of the worship team at his local church, and he enjoys hanging out with his family of four, playing softball, and competing in triathlons.

JoLee K. Duclos

JoLee K. Duclos has been the Vice President, Corporate Secretary and a Director of CropUSA Insurance Agency, Inc. since 1999.  Ms. Duclos is processing manager for the federal crop insurance program.  Ms. Duclos graduated from Lewis Clark State College on the President's List with a Paralegal Science degree.  Prior to joining AIA Insurance, she was employed by private practice attorneys in Washington state for 15 years.  Ms. Duclos oversees all regulatory compliance and coordinates legal activities with outside counsel.

Ken Goods

Ken has been with CropUSA's affiliates since 1999.  Ken is instrumental in the in-house development of systems and software supporting all phases of the business.  He is also involved in the development and maintenance of network applications and several internet sites which distribute and process information both to and from our customers and agents.  Ken graduated Computer Careers Institute, Portland Ore. in 1976, and was employed by Boeing and Spatial Dynamics before joining CropUSA.
